SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide.

Mexican policy:

You can receive your order at any address within the Mexican Republic. If it is not a residential address, please specify this when placing your order.
• Free shipping on purchases over $3000 MXN. - 150 USD
• Standard shipping - $200 MXN. (up to 1 kilo). Return policy is the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship from Monday to Friday every week. Orders take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive. Lamoon is responsible for the product until delivery and communication from the courier service to confirm the successful delivery. In case of theft, loss or damage to the package, the entire transaction will be refunded within a maximum of 2 weeks.

After completing the purchase process, our distribution center will begin to supply your order within 24 business hours. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp, with the tracking number.
* Please note that business hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 2:30pm. Shipping is not available on weekends or national holidays.
Tracking: Yes, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp with the tracking number of your order, so you can see where it is.
* Please note that the estimated time to track your order is 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Deliveries are made to the addresses provided by the customer, so anyone at the address can receive the package and Lamoon takes delivery of the package at the address.


Rest of the World policy:

You can receive your order in most countries on the planet. Costs vary depending on the physical distance of the country and must be calculated separately.

Lamoon is responsible for the product until the moment of delivery and communication from the courier service to confirm the success of the delivery. In case of theft, loss or damage to the package, the total transaction will be refunded within a maximum of 2 weeks.
